2. Payment Terms
To ensure smooth project execution, the following payment policy applies:
- 50% advance payment is required before the project begins.
- Remaining 50% payment must be completed after the project is finished and before final delivery or deployment.
- Work will start only after the advance payment is received.
- If the final payment is delayed, the final files, website access, or campaign launch may be temporarily withheld until full payment is completed.
3. Project Timeline
- Every project will have a specific timeline discussed and agreed upon before starting.
- The estimated completion date or number of working days will be communicated to the client before work begins.
- Any delays caused by the client (such as late content submission, approvals, or feedback) may extend the project timeline.
4. Revisions Policy
- Supyar Designs provides limited revisions depending on the project scope.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may require extra charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing necessary content, images, logos, and information required for the project.
- Providing timely feedback and approvals.
- Ensuring that any content provided does not violate copyright, trademark, or legal rights.
Supyar Designs is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided materials.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs, graphics, and digital work created by Supyar Designs remain the property of Supyar Designs until full payment is received.
- After full payment, the client receives the rights to use the final delivered work for their business purposes.
7. Refund Policy
- The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable once the project has started.
- If the project is canceled by the client after work has begun, Supyar Designs reserves the right to retain the advance payment for work already performed.
8. Project Cancellation
Either party may cancel the project under certain circumstances:
- If the client fails to communicate for more than 30 days.
- If payment terms are not fulfilled.
- If the project requirements change significantly from the original agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
Supyar Designs will not be held responsible for:
- Any business losses or damages arising from marketing campaigns.
- Search engine ranking changes due to algorithm updates.
- Third-party platform issues (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
10. Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party tools or platforms such as:
- Social media platforms
- Advertising platforms
- Website hosting providers
- Payment gateways
Supyar Designs is not responsible for technical issues, policy changes, or downtime related to these third-party services.
11. Confidentiality
Supyar Designs respects client privacy and will not share confidential business information with third parties without permission.
12. Changes to Terms
